ROKO Construction Limited has been contracted to construct Apartments, Hotel & Health Club in Nsambya, Uganda “Proposed Barracks Lane Serviced Apartments (Phase 1)”. The project commenced on 1st October, 2014 and the scheduled duration is thirteen months; completion planned for the end of 2015.

This development comprises three separate blocks and is located after Railway Primary School on the immediate right and CTM on the immediate left on Plot No. 20 Barracks Drive, Nsambya.
